The kit has diverse construction parts for assembling the various designs. We also learn about area, density, mass and commercial algebra regarding these parts and overall design of Robot.
There are 3 different types of wheels and 2 different speeds of motor. These help in not only creating various combinations but also understanding the co-relation of speed, distance & time.
With designs such as rickshaw you learn how to control steered drive systems i.e. throttle & steer. The same can be learnt by constructing the Robot vehicle in multiple ways e.g. Roster & Bike. Each design has its own peculiarity & distinct configuration.
All the designs are controlled using a multi-channel wired remote. This remote has various parts which you can learn using RobotTrix kit, such as switches, LEDs, resistors & connectors. Motors & Remote help in reinforcing the concepts of Electronics.
Simple machines and application designs such as golf playing robot or paper rocket launcher are super fun to play with your friends. Many such sports based designs can be developed using this kit.
Using multiple parts in the kit, understanding property of each & using them appropriately, the whole process also helps in understanding the complexities of Robot designing & enhances Innovation capability. Combining other kits with Metrix kit to create more projects will foster Creativity & Design thinking.
